COMPANY AND WEB SITE 1.1 COMPANY www.adthitek.com («hereinafter the “Website”) is published by ADT Design Company Limited with registered head office situated at 42 Tran Quoc Thao Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Zip 700000 registered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. ADT Design Company Limited can and will issue VAT Invoices to all customers who purchase our products under this corporate name.

The General Terms and Conditions of sale (hereafter referred to as TACS) detailed below apply to all orders of products or services placed on the website (« the products ») by any person (« the customer »). Placing an order by a customer implies complete adherence, without reservation, to the TACS.

ADT Design Company Limited reserves the right to adapt or modify the TACS at any time. The version of the TACS applicable to any transaction are the TACS’s published at the date and time of the order. Consequently, placing an order by a customer implies complete adherence, without reservation, to these TACS.

The TACS below apply to all orders of products and services placed via the Site (the “Products”) from ADT Design Company Limited, operating the ADT HITEK brand, by any person (the “customer “). The Customer declares that has read and accepted the TACS prior to the placing of its Order.

1.2 WEB SITE www.adthitek.com is an e-commerce merchant owned and managed by ADT Design Company Limited. The Website is available to all users of the Internet network and is accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, subject to any interruptions, planned or unplanned, by ADT Design Company Limited or its providers.

Due to technical maintenance and/or security reasons or any cases or circumstances outside of its control.  ADT Design Company Limited Is not liable for any damage incurred by any circumstances resulting in the unavailability of the Website.

ADT Design Company Limited does not guarantee the availability or accessibility of the Website nor does it guarantee the Website against any anomalies, errors, bugs, breakdowns, interruptions of access to the Website and does not guarantee that the content on the Website or the services it provides will be delivered without interruptions, timely or error-free.

The Website is accessible worldwide, however we only ship too areas within Vietnam and Asia right now. Until further notice, we will make such announcements on our site when we decide to ship overseas.

2 – TO PLACE AN ORDER

2.1 REGISTERING

To be able to place an order the customer must first register themselves on the Website and create an account with their details.

After registering, ADT Design Company Limited will validate the registration and send the customer an email confirming the registration.

When creating an account, please control that all the personal details given are correct. Please remember to always update any personal information. In the event of an error in the given destination address, ADT Design Company Limited will not be responsible if the goods are not delivered.

When signing up to the Website you must declare to ADT Design Company Limited to be over the age of 18 and to be able to act with legal capacity and comprehension within the law. ADT Design Company Limited has the right to remove and cancel an account (without giving motives) at any time and at their discretion.

The TACS apply to the product once the order, including the details of the articles, their price and any associated expenses have been validated by the customer.

2.2 THE PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those offered at the time of consulting the Website while stocks last. The information on the Website is automatically updated in real time, nevertheless while updating, a number of errors could occur for varied reasons, ADT Design Company cannot be held responsible for any errors which could occur during these updates.

ADT Design Company Limited does its upmost to guaranty that the quality of the photographs on the Website give a true representation of its products. Due to digital representation of images on the internet, it could occur that the presentation of the product does not conform to the photographic representation of the product, this is a fact that the customer must understand and hereby accept.

If a product is out of stock at the time of viewing it on the Website, the customer can choose to be informed by email of when it will be again in stock by clicking on the specially assigned button in his email.

2.3 ORDER CANCELLATION

We strive to fulfill our customers expectations. In certain rare circumstances it could occur that ADT Design Company Limited is not able to complete a placed order after the email of acceptance of the order has been sent to the customer. ADT Design Company Limited cannot be held responsible for the withdrawal of any article from its Webpage at any time without giving any prior notice to its customers, or to refuse to fulfill an order even after the email of confirmation has been sent.

If after an order has been placed, it is discovered that the order is partially or wholly out of stock, the customer will be informed by email of the partial delivery or cancellation of the order. In the case of an order in which an article or articles of that order are out of stock, the customer has the right to be refunded the price of the article or articles which were out of stock.

PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENTS

On the Website the prices are quoted in Vietnam Dong and American Dollars. The prices on the website are indicated with VAT included for customers who buy and reside in Vietnam.  Prices on goods that are purchased from overseas clients, the local Vietnamese VAT Tax will be deducted. 

Customs duties are at customers expense for Japan, Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Phillipines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia

Any Customs Tax and Duties and any other form of taxation (except the previously mentioned VAT, SALES TAX) are not included in the prices quoted on the Webpage. These taxes, when they apply, must be paid by the customer directly to the transport agent.

The prices on the Website do not include shipping and delivery. These costs will be calculated and shown on the Webpage before the final confirmation of the order. ADT Design Company Limited, has the right to change the price of any and all of its articles at any time. The price of any article in stock will be that shown on the Website at the time of confirmation of the order.

Payment of the products can be made by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, E Wallet, Debit Card by simply following the instructions found on the Website’s payment page.

The accepted Credit Cards are: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, JCB & Union Pay.

Payments are settled by One Pay Online Payment Gateway using the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), So that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read it during transport on the network.

The products are payable on the day of the order. Customer gives the ADT Design Company Limited authorization to debit their account to the amount of the products ordered. Once the order and the payment are validated by ADT Design Company Limited the order will be shipped.

The Customer warrants to ADT Design Company Limited that it has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment when placing the Order. If the bank or the credit card company refuses to authorize a payment, or the bank transfer is not credited, the order will not be validated and the product will not be sent. In this case ADT Design Company Limited will send an email to the customer informing of the refusal.

The customer’s account will be charged for the orders billed after confirmation of the Order.

In the event of non-compliance by a customer with the obligations under the TACS, and particularly in case of fraud or any attempt to fraud, and any incident of payment of the price of the Order, ADT Design Company Limited reserves the right to refuse any order from the customer.

ADT Design Company Limited may suspend or cancel any execution and / or delivery of an Order, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any sum due by the Customer to ADT Design Company Limited, in case of a payment incident, or in case of fraud or attempted fraud relating to the use of the Website and the payment of an Order.

If the bank or the credit card company refuses to authorize the payment then the Order will not be validated and the ordered article will not be dispatched. In this case ADT Design Company Limited will inform the customer of the event.

The data recorded by ADT Design Company Limited is kept and serves as proof of any financial orders or transactions.

The data recorded by the use Credit Card constitutes proof of a financial transaction.

For payment by bank transfer the details are indicated when choosing the payment method. The email address xxx@.com used to place the order must be included in the description of the payment.

Please note that we will cancel your order if your bank transfer is not credited to our account after 2 days from the date of placing your order.

4-DELIVERY

We ship Domestically using EMS and internationally using DHL, to ensure a fast, tracked and safe delivery.

Shipping is a FREE on all domestic orders and is $20.00 USD for all order from Local Asia from the list of countries we ship too above.

♦   2-4 business days for Local regional Asia (Depending on Country & Region)

In certain countries outside of Vietnam, additional tax (customs duties, import taxes) my apply and these must be paid by the customer upon arrival of the package in the country of destination.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a track & trace number so you can easily track your package.

If the country of delivery is not in our list of counties, then we invite our customers to contact us by email at : info@adthitek.com where we will do our upmost to help.

The deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the customer, therefore care must be taken to make sure that the information provided is correct. Special care must be taken when filling in the address (building, floor, house number, stairs, access code, name or number of the intercom etc.).

The delivery times on the Website are given as an estimate and only correspond to the average time needed for possessing and delivery.

When delivered, if the parcel is opened, damaged, faulty or in a bad condition the customer must refuse to accept the delivery and send it back. If the customer decides to accept the parcel then the customer must write on the delivery receipt that the acceptance is with reservations, stating the conditions and any problems with the parcel, them communicate the event to ADT Design Company Limited and to the delivery company within 3 working days.

In case you did not receive your package, contrary to what DHL affirms on your parcel’s waybill information, you have up to two months after receiving the fulfillment confirmation email to contact us to contest the delivery. Passed this period, ADT Design Company Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss or delivery issue of your order.
