Our dedicated shipping partner is NASCO to ensure a fast, secure and traceable delivery of all orders. For international shipments our dedicated shipping partner is DHL.

At this time, ADT HITEK does not ship to EU, AUSTRALIA, USA, CANADA, MIDDLE EAST

We know how important it is to get your order delivery as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we strive to dispatch all orders within two business days from the date you place the order.  Please note that this may take longer during public holidays and sale periods.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM. We do not ship on weekends. Any orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next business working day.

All orders placed to any address within Vietnamese territory will be shipped using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning that all additional transport and customs duties are paid by ADT HITEK. This also is the case for the following countries:



Once available, the tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers.

Our shipping partner, DHL & NASCO have available tracking information available online 24/7.

Once your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of DHL or NASCO, you will receive an email and/or SMS to inform you about the expected delivery date of your order.


If you would prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please note that if you choose this option, ADT HITEK cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur upon delivery and you release all ownership and responsibility to you the consignee. There will be no refunds on any lost parcels if the above is elected.


Request for your order to be left with your concierge or guard man. You will need to provide accurate instructions for the driver in order to facilitate the delivery. Please note that if you select this option, ADT HITEK, NASCO, & DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur upon your order’s delivery.


You can request DHL & NASCO to hold your delivery for up to 30 calendar days from the initial delivery date for you in case you are absent for a longer period of time. You can do this by contacting the shipper directly and making these arrangements.


You have 30 days from your order’s delivery date to submit your exchange request here. If you want to exchange multiple orders, please register each order as a separate exchange via our exchange portal. Multiple exchanges from multiple orders cannot be accepted or processed by our warehouse and will consequently delay the return process. 

Our exchange options are:

  • Exchange for a different size or Color
  • Exchange for a different product of equal or more value
  • Receive a Gift Voucher in the same product paid in amount

If you want to exchange your item for a different model/style, simply choose to receive a voucher so you can place a new order online.

Exceptions: Garments that have been altered, or adjusted cannot be exchanged under any circumstance 

In order to ship your order back, simply place the exchange label (and customs invoice if you are located outside of the VN) received via email on top of the parcel and drop it off at a DHL Access Point or NASCO access point.  You can also schedule a pick-up.

The item(s) must be unworn, unaltered with the tag(s) still attached in perfect condition.

If you are exchanging shoes, never use the shoebox as a return package. Put the shoebox back in the original packaging (or another one) and simply seal it. Any missing or damaged shoebox will be charged $8.00 USD.

Your exchange will be processed within 3- 5 business days after its delivered back to our warehouse.
